Please, read this post first if this is your first visit in my room.
Yay! Finally, the very first review for Amnesia World! I advise you to read this post first since we explained more about the flow of our review ^^ For now, have a seat and enjoy!
P. S : We will still call her as ‘Heroine’ to avoid any
misunderstanding. Heroine has no default name so feel free to name her lol
***
“1st August, when she woke up for the first time,
she lost all of her memories. She found someone next to her, introducing itself
as a spirit, a strange existence. [The reason for your memory loss is my fault]
was what he told her. To reclaim all of her memories back, the girl and the
spirit were bound together in a journey to recollect the memories. This is a
story of a certain world..a certain country..a certain story of girl who walked
alongside with [him*].”---Amnesia Opening by “???”
*him is the spirit in question.
----
Heroine opened her eyes to find a strange male floated next
to her, asked her if she was already awake. Heroine frowned, wondered if she
still dreaming then the male asked her if she could see him. Heroine asked who the
male was. But rather than answered, the male just nodded, smiled and said that he
knew she could see him and seemed like she was okay since she could speak just
fine.
He said that she might want to ask him everything but first
of all he wanted to explain what kind of thing he was.
He introduced himself as a spirit, came from another world
that definitely way different with the one she lived in now. Of course, heroine
fell silent and the male said it was understanding if she couldn’t trust him at
all since spirit supposed not to be visible around humans and thus why, it
would be hard for him to explain it well.
But since she looked calmer now, he decided to explain a
little more. Spirit was an existence that God created with a purpose. Heroine
looked even more confused so he said to leave the detail behind as he’d explain
more later as the time passed.
He awkwardly declared that he didn’t know his name and
decided to let her name him. She was at loss at first then named her [Nova]. He
frowned, asked why she named her that and she said that she just happened to
think about it without much deep thought. Even so, he liked the name and
decided to use it. And thus, his name was [Nova].
Then, he explained how he ended up here. He said he was
wandering around human world and accidentally bumped into her. Without a clear
reason and even he himself didn’t know why, he was ended up trapped in her
heart. In the result of the contact, her memories were scattered around. With a
wide and cheerful laugh, he said that his own memories also thrown out from
himself in the accident.
He sighed, apologized after an awkward silent that he
himself also didn’t know much about himself. Though he was wondering. A spirit
supposed to have a stronger memory. He wondered if it was the result of being
in human world?
He was feeling guilty for everything happened to her so he
said he’d take the responsible. He’d do everything he could to help her
reclaimed her memories. It was only a probability but he thought that his
memories might come together with hers. He asked her if she’d give it a shot
and letting him helped her with everything he could.
Of course, heroine accepted. He was really relieved to know
she accepted his existence in her. He thought she’d blame him for everything
but to know she was that nice made him happy. Then, he asked her if she
remember something about herself, anything would do. He asked her if she remember her name and she
told him her name. He said it was a good name for her. Then, he asked her to
stop talking in a polite way. He knew he was a stranger but he wanted to be friendlier.
Then about her Amnesia, he told her to not tell anyone for
now. It would be dangerous, and of course going to hospital would be useless
since her memory loss was caused by ‘unscientific’ thing. Then, with a depressed look, he told her that
she lived alone, means they didn’t know if there would be anyone they could
count on for. So, he told her to find
out about her relationship with people around her first, then finally see if
they could trust anyone.
He said he couldn’t touch ‘human’ things so he told her to
look around her room first for info. She found a cellphone and a notebook. He
looked around the notebook with her and found that the day after tomorrow, she
supposed to [Exchanging shift with Sawa]. Nova deduced that it meant for job or
such. He looked a little worried since she’d work with memory loss. But it wasn’t
time for that so he told her to see the cellphone this time.
She scrolls down the phone book and suddenly, he stopped
her. He said that [Meido no Hitsuji] was absolutely the name of her place of
work. He didn’t know if it was really that but he told her to check the net for
the shop’ address. It might be worrying to go to the place with a lot of people
but by going there, they could see her workmates and borrowed the manual for
the job. She looked worried but she decided to count on him if something
happened. He smiled, reassuring her that they would be fine together. They
decided to go to the café now for finding info.
-----
A week later after her first encounter with Nova, she walked
to the café alongside with Nova. Nova muttered, thought that he didn’t expect
her workplace would be a maid and butler’ café.
Even so, the uniform fit her a lot. He started to ramble that the skirt
wasn’t that short nor that long and looked pretty feminine, the design was
enough to catch male’ heart as well. Then Nova awkwardly coughed after his
heated speech and apologized for talking nonsense. He said that they were lucky
that she managed to get a hold of manual and learned everything quickly.
Then Nova pouted, said that if his ‘master’ was around, the
master could fix the memory loss without any sweat. He then explained that his
master was a God that created him. He didn’t remember the name nor the face of
his master but he was certain that his master was a great God and also, he came
to this world to find that very master.
Nova then added that God’ job was to answer man’ wishes so
God held a very great power. Heroine asked if Nova also had such power. Nova sighed, said that sadly he didn’t have
such power since he was nothing but a spirit. Since they couldn’t find his
master, so Nova said they should do what they could do for now. Among the
staffs, Nova could see that everyone looked nice so she could actually pick
anyone to trust soon enough.
Then, they walked into the café, meet up with a blue haired
male. The male greeted her, said that she was a little late today tho, it was
still early since he himself just changed earlier. He smirked, walked closer to her and said
that if he knew their timing would be that close, he’d go to her house to pick
her up. Nova sighed, said that the man had no conscious of time and place to
flirt at all. Nova then reminded her that the male name was Ikki, a senior in
her workplace.
Another male stood behind Ikki, looked at them with a stern
expression. Nova was about to introduced the tall man but the man was talking
to Ikki, calling him [Ikkyu] and told him to step away from her since she
looked troubled. He added that if Ikki wanted to greet her, he could do it even
without getting that close. Nova then said that the taller man was Kent, heroine’
senior which also Ikki’ bestfriend—if not a rival.
Ikki stepped back, placed a surprised look over his face and
said he didn’t realize Kent was there with them. Kent sighed, said that they
were in the middle of talk before. He then reminded Ikki about their puzzle
battles. Ikki said he wanted to stop it already but Kent added with much
confidence that whether Ikki accepted the battle or not, his lose was already
decided. Ikki smirked, said that the overconfidence that Kent had might hit him
back later. Nova then noted that the two of them were soo close to each other
and everyday they used to be like this.
Suddenly, a girl ran into the staff room, greeted in a heavy
breath and asked if she made it safe. Then, another girl with pinkish hair
followed, still trying to catch the breath and asked for water. Kent said it
was not weird for Sawa to be late but for Mine was a little off. Ikki asked if
something happened and Mine, the pinkish hair, said that Sawa texted her
yesterday, said that it was dangerous for her to late five times a row so she
asked Mine to pick her up. Sadly, when Mine came over, Sawa was still sleeping
eventhough Mine called her all over again. Sawa apologized but Mine said she
wouldn’t pick her up again. Sawa said she’d ask for heroine’ help later than
Mine’. Nova then reminded her about Sawa, a workmate that was in the same age
with her and Mine, the one year younger junior.
Kent then reminded Sawa about [him] who lectured her to wake
up early by herself rather than counting on someone to wake herself up. Then,
Nova remembered that one week ago, Sawa looked pretty messed up, perhaps
because [he] lectured her before. Then Nova wondered where was [he] and told
her to change her uniform and go to the front café.
Heroine then headed to the front, greeted by a strict
comment from a dark haired male. He reminded her how she troubled everyone who
followed after her mistakes. Nova sighed, commented that the greeting was too
hard on her. Then, another male joined, told the first male, who he addressed
as Shin to tone it down and not too strict to her in early morning. The latter
then smiled at her gently, told her to take it easy since she was feeling
unwell yesterday. Shin commented how Toma, the second male, was too soft on
her. Toma said that it wasn’t right to be that stern either. Shin then added
that Toma was too forgiving and it was all his fault that heroine was ended up
spacing out.
Nova then muttered awkwardly and reminded her about the two
males who fought like a married couple were her childhood friends. Shin, who
was a year younger was a Spartan little brother while the kind Toma was one
year older and the dependable older brother *lol* Shin said that she should
remember that Toma cleaned most of her mess so she should tried to not being a
burden. Toma added that she did make a lot of miss and said he’d help her with
training and such if she ever needed it. Nova then reminded her to not make any
mistake in front of the two of them since they were her childhood friends so
her memory loss would easily found.
Then, Toma wondered where was Sawa and Ikki plus Kent joined
the front, told Toma that Sawa already arrived. Sawa then came to the front,
said she was safe and told Toma to give him a break. Mine then joined the
crowd, said that Toma should’ve lecture her again. Toma looked troubled and
said he didn’t really do anything to Sawa but Shin said that it was the first
time he ever see someone talked about waking up early with such scary
atmosphere.
Then, suddenly someone with Kansai accent joined the crowd,
said it was pretty lively crowd today. Ikki greeted the male and called him
Waka. Waka then said Sawa to keep up the good job on waking up early. Nova then
introduced the male as Waka, the manager who used to make the café felt lighter.
With that, Nova said they met all of the staffs already.
Eventhough they were nice people, Nova, nor Heroine actually knew them. So,
they still needed more time until they decided who to trust.
Then, Waka suddenly said it was already time to decided
their next concept event. Nova noted that it was the first time he heard about
it. Toma said that they already gathered the idea from each staffs and was
about to pick one of the idea.
And surprise *or not*, heroine’ idea is the one that got approved!
Weirdly, only Mine who looked happy, saying that if she needed to choose, she
wanted to do Heroine’ idea the most. Then, Waka gave heroine a list of menu to
decide which line of foods she decided for the event. Nova said happily that
every foods looked delicious—if they knew what they would do.
Toma was once again questioning Waka’ decision, only to get
shot down by Waka who said that Kansai people never lies. Toma wanted to say
that Waka wasn’t from Kansai area if Ikki didn’t stop him. Then Ikki said he
actually liked the idea. Then, Waka also
added that they’d have a photoshoot. And Sawa said it was [that person]’ debut
to do his job!
And the rumoured [that person] arrived. Nova recognized him as Ukyou, the weird cameraman that they used to meet. Nova said that Ukyou was a regular in the café and seemed like a nice guy as well though they didn’t know if they could trust him—or not?
Toma said if it was really necessary to call Ukyou a.ka a
pro photographer for this. Then Ukyou asked if he did something bad.
Apparently, Waka called him to the café without telling him anything. When Sawa
wanted to tell Ukyou about it, Waka stopped him, telling that the event would
be a secret event. That was the reason why nothing written on the homepage of
the café aside of the advertising for a special unknown event. Ukyou said he
could actually keep a secret but everyone doubted it if he might accidentally ‘spill’
it since Ukyou was a lousy liar. Reluctantly, Ukyou agreed, eventhough he felt
like he was left out.
****
---A branched point at this part. Since the first world will
be after Shin and Toma so let’s go to them!---
Nova asked heroine who would she talk to. She decided to
walk over the childhood friends combi.
Nova said Toma looked a little weird. And it was right. As heroine walked
to them, Toma congratulate her but his voice sounded off with no energy at all,
not even his gentle smile. Shin commented how Toma forced himself. Toma said
that Shin shouldn’t talk bad about his job. Shin said because it was someone
else’ job so he could say that. Shin even added that Toma should’ve blamed
himself for picking a job as a waiter.
Heroine asked them what did they thought about the event?
“So damn embarrassing..” was what Shin said. Even he asked
heroine how could she thought of that. He asked her if she even felt
embarrassed for writing such things? Toma laughed, said that the
straightforward and honest her were her charm points. And then, with a devilish
smirk, Shin said that thanks to that, Toma would have an embarrassing thing
written on a whole one page of his life. Toma sighed, looked down and stressed
out. Nova fell silent, asked heroine
just what kind of embarrassing thing she had advised to do actually?
******
Going back to the common route, Nova sighed, complained how
they didn’t learn anything from asking other people. Without any clue of the
event, Nova said that the event itself would be held on August 23. He was
wondering if they could really make it through without getting caught of being
amnesiac. While in deep thought, Toma called
her, told her to take the order to the kitchen.
Heroine walked to the kitchen, giving away the orders. Waka
decided to take over on making the salads while leaving Shin to prepare the
rest. Nova said it was unusual to see Waka in the kitchen when he used to be on
front. Waka said that whenever the kitchen in need, he’d head there rightaway.
Waka said he’d show her what he could do as a manager and started to chop the
ingredients—including his own finger. He shouted in pain as he wounded his own
finger. Shin said the wound didn’t even that deep but Waka said he wanted to
get treated by a kind girl with soft and tender hand.
Heroine volunteered herself to treat the wounded manager.
Waka then praised how soft and nice her hand when treating his finger. Nova
sighed, thought just what a lively café she worked at. Then suddenly, a light
blinked and suddenly, a light engulfed Nova. Seemed like, only heroine and Nova
who saw it. Nova then asked heroine if he changed, perhaps growing a wing or
even worse. But heroine assured Nova that nothing changed to him. Then Nova
said that he felt his body heavier. Actually, spirit didn’t have a weight so
Nova explained it as his power grew stronger.
But spirit couldn’t gain power easily like that. Nova tried
to re-think what happened. Then, he realized. When Waka hurt himself, he was
wishing for a kind girl to treat his finger, which Heroine did. Meant, Waka’s ‘wish’
was fulfilled. Nova thought that he might be not an ordinary spirit. He gained
power from fulfilling one’ wish. Though he didn’t really sure about it but for
now, he decided to think that way. So, during the preparation for the event,
Heroine and Nova would ‘fulfill’ the simple wishes from people around,
collected power for Nova and finally, giving him enough power to fulfil Heroine’
wish to remember everything.
-----------
-First ‘Cube’ Event-
Another end of shift for Heroine. Nova complained how people
addressed the event as “this” or “that” rather than talking it out loud. It
made them harder to collecting info and to ask straight ahead would be pretty
suspicious. Heroine then picked up Toma’ time table, realizing that Toma hadn’t
end his shift for today. Heroine decided to check the front.
They saw Toma, walked around the front confusedly. Toma
noticed her, said for her to be careful on her way home since she was alone.
She said that she wanted to go home with Toma. Toma said he was happy to hear
that but not today. He still had something to do so she should go home first.
Toma said that Waka asked him to think the table arrangement for the event.
Nova said that they should check out the box of last event’
equipment to see if there was something they could use. Perhaps,it could help
Toma and her memories as well. With that, Heroine headed back to the staff
room, started to look after the last events’ records.
Toma walked back to the staff room only to see her around.
Toma noticed the box and said Waka forgot where to put it. With that box, they
might have an idea what to do. Toma asked if she could lend him a hand. He
needed her opinion as girl for the arrangement. He’d take her back home
properly afterward. Of course, heroine agreed. Then, they started to look
around the box. They found a lot of things, including Japanese doll, puppet
clothes, to pirate equipment that they used before.
Then, Toma picked some goods for her to pick. Heroine
decided to pick the rose imitation. Toma accepted the idea, thought that it was
a good idea to decorate the table with roses. Then he thought they could use it
for the waiter before he stopped and said that he’d take the damage if he did
it as Ikki would only happy for it.
And also Toma said that roses had image of proposing and
confessing love. He explained that the number of roses would change the
meaning.
5 roses means “From the deepest of my heart, I feel really happy to meet you.”10 roses means “You’re perfect.”100 roses means “100% love.”108 roses would straightly means “Please marry me.”
Though as Toma stated, this kind of thing only happened on
manga or movies. But because it didn’t happen in real life, girls liked it.
Toma then asked if she also dreamed for such things. Heroine nodded. Then, Toma
laughed, said he knew it since she looked really happy when he talked about it.
He said that since she was a girl so it wasn’t that weird if she wanted such
romantic things. Then Toma came into realization. Toma told heroine to stay
still and not to worry since he wouldn’t do anything weird.
Suddenly, Toma knelt in front of her. He said he only had
one so it might be a little different. Then he said “I love you” softly. Then he continued ; “If you accept this
feeling of mine, would you please take this flower?” as he offered the rose in
her hand. Then Toma stood up and said “Joke ends here… Isn’t that how it is?”.
Heroine looked away and Toma awkwardly asked if he did it wrong. Nova then said that what Toma did wasn’t
really a good thing to do as a joke. Toma then closed his eyes, holding back
himself and he said the words
weren’t appropriate for them and he wouldn’t even say such things to her. Then,
he apologized, asked for her forgiveness for doing such things.
Nova said then since Toma apologized, they shouldn’t prolong
this awkwardness anymore. Then, Nova continued that he knew some of roses
meaning as well.
3 roses means “I love you.”7 roses means “I've been showing these feelings secretly.”And as for 1 rose means “For me, I have no one else but you.”
Could it be it was Toma’ hidden feeling?
After that, Heroine finally arrived at her room, having Nova
complained they didn’t get enough info again. But thankfully, they managed to
help a lot thus added more power for Nova. Now he could disappeared from her
sight—not really useful, eh? But heroine decided to give her best shot for
everything from now on too.
----
-August 10-
Nova yawned, said he was pretty sleepy. Since she was
sleepy, he felt the same as well since they were ‘one’. Nova said that they
didn’t know much yet about the event yet aside that the event was female
oriented. But even so, they didn’t have any more choice but to follow the flow
of time. Nova told her to get into the café and perhaps, get a warm coffee to
shrug away the drowsiness.
****
-Shin 1st Event-
Heroine entered the kitchen and Shin asked if she was taking
the rest. Heroine nodded, then Shin told heroine to wait a bit. Shin came back
with menu he created for the event. He made fruit tart, said that heroine liked
it. For that reason, Shin went to another café and tried out the tart there.
Shin then added that she shouldn’t look that worried since Shin already tried
it first before her. Heroine said it was delicious and Shin smiled as he said
it was great to hear that. Then he added “But you, if its sweet, you will
always eat it happily, right? But well, to see such face from you, I’ll leave
it at it.”
*****
-Toma 1st Event-
Toma approached Heroine and asked that a half of the current
project was her preferences. Nova asked heroine but of course she had no idea.
But then, Toma said that in one glance, he knew it was her choices because
since she was a kid, she always liked such things.Heroine asked if Toma hated
it but quickly, Toma shook his head and said he didn’t mean that. He was just
surprised because it wasn’t like how he used to be. And also, since it was what
she thought of, there would be no way for him to hate it. Then he said “I will
do my best for you. I don’t know if I will fit on it or not though.”
----
-Second ‘Cube’ Event-
Ikki approached Waka during the work and informed him that
Ikki already told [her] about it and [she] accepted it. Shin asked what they
were talking about then Ikki said that Waka asked him to prepare the costumes
for that event. Toma asked if Ikki actually knew about such things and actually
having a fetish of it. Shin looked disgusted of it then Ikki sighed, told them
not to take anything into a wrong way. Kent then said that the one who knew
about such outfits wasn’t Ikki.
And then, the typhoon came. A girl stormed into the café,
asked if Ikki was calling her there. Ikki said that [Rika] came at the right
time as they just talked about her. Then Rika said that it was such a
coincidence since Rika was running all the way here just to get into a right
timing. Kent said that Toma should be relieved now to know Rika would help
though Toma said he couldn’t really relax at all to know that.
Then, Mine, Sawa, and Ukyou came. Apparently, they were
called by Rika to meet up in the café. Rika said that Ukyou could help since he
was the photographer but Toma said that everything was a secret from Ukyou.
Shin then chased Ukyou away rudely before Kent stopped him and said it might be
fine for Ukyou around as long as no one spoiled the fun. Ukyou thanked the
other, said that he’d cry if they really threw him out.
Then, Ikki and Toma were whispering to each other about
stopping everything before it damaged their lives. Nova looked bothered with it
but their attentions averted as Waka asked what did Rika brought with herself. Apparently, she brought material datas
from a certain brand which only accepted custom made. Rika was at loss how to make
a clothes that would bring out Ikki’ fabolousness but Mine said she’d help so
Rika shouldn’t worry at all. Waka then reminded Rika to not buy too much but
Rika looked at Waka with her dark glare and made Waka backed off and said they
could do anything they wanted.
Kent then asked
if it was fine to trust Rika with this. Everyone looked worried then Waka asked
Heroine as she was the one who knew the best. Heroine decided that Rika could
be trusted for this. Rika was happy and everyone had no objection, aside of
Toma who still looked down.. Now now, just what made Toma acted that weird
anyway?
*****
-Shin 2nd Event-
Shin was at the
kitchen, commented how noisy Sawa, Mine, and Rika while deciding the design.
With a devilish smirk, Shin said that he didn’t care since he was in kitchen
but it was clear that Shin enjoyed the sight of troubled Toma and Ikki. Then
suddenly, a cold wind blew and Shin told heroine to go home fast and warmed
herself. He said that she should as someone to cover her shift later if something
happened. Eventhough Shin said it as cold as he used to be, heroine knew he
actually worried about her.
*****
-Toma 2nd Event-
Toma and Heroine
were at the staff room. Toma was still worried since Rika was all over Ikki,
she might went overboard. Meant, of course Toma who also on the waiter job
would be in danger as well. Since Toma looked down, Heroine tried to cheer him
up but nothing changed since Toma still smiled weakly and said he didn’t know
whether to cheer up or get even more depressed. Nova then said that to know
Rika was on charge probably made Toma feel uneasy.
****
Heroine and Nova
were at the staff room, reviewing what they knew so far.
The main focus were Toma and Ikki, the event targetted for female customers. There was no problem on preparation as everything went well so far. Meant, it wouldn’t be a complicated event. The fact that Rika was on charge, meant the genre of the event was something that Rika was great on it.
To think from
three info they managed to gather, Heroine deduced that the event might be
something elegant. Nova said that the event was a concept event and
they knew nothing much than it seemed like something ‘elegant’. Perhaps, they
might find more hint about it again later.
-------
-Third Cube
Event-
-August 15-
Rika was yelling
in the front cafe, said that she couldn’t accept it. Then, Heroine came closer
and Mine told her that every ideas they got were rejected by Waka. Waka
interrupted said that he didn’t mean that and they should explained everything
first to Heroine. Rika then said she had everything thought carefully,
including changing the whole cafe to fit the image of the waiters later. Waka
said they didn’t have enough ‘back-up’ to change that much. But Rika started to
argue by saying it was necessary change. Then Heroine said that a little change
wouldn’t hurt since it might invite a new customers. Waka agreed to it though,
after a deep thought since the cafe hadn’t get any new customers, aside of the
regulars due the existence of the similar cafe. Waka then praised heroine for
the idea for a little change in the cafe.
Rika then showed
Waka some accessories catalogue she prepared, much to shock Waka both for the
prices and the design. Then, Waka escaped the place without answering to Rika’
advices, made Rika, Sawa and Mine pursued him for approval.
Then, Heroine and
Nova went home. Nova said that his power had increased again and perhaps, he
could grant her wish soon enough. Then, Nova said they should relax and watched
tv. Then he realized he missed the TV show he liked. Heroine decided to ask if
someone recorded it and actually, Ukyou replied and said he even had the DVD.
Nova was happy, then asked Heroine what kind of show she liked before promised
that they should go and rent a dvd then watched it together.
------
-August 16-
Nova said that
even the event just a week away, they still had no exact idea about the event.
Then he said they should still do their best and go to the cafe now.
As they arrived
at the cafe, they heard Kent and Shin were arguing with Waka. Both of Shin and
Kent had a stern look on their faces and said they wouldn’t do such thing since
they weren’t on charge for it. Toma greeted her, made the other realized her
existence. Waka said that she came at the right time while Shin said he
shouldn’t use her for this. Waka whined, said they wouldn’t hear him so they
might hear her out. Toma then said to explain first before all. Waka then
explained that since the waiters would be in trouble and lacked of people, he
thought to assign both of Kent and Shin to the front. Kent rejected the idea
without even letting Waka continued his words. And then they started to argue
again, made Ikki sighed and said they already repeated the same words again and
again.
Shin said that
going front was already a trouble, let alone to work as a waiter. Then he said
that if they needed waiter that much, they should’ve dress the female staffs in
male outfit. Ikki fell silence then agreed rightaway with a michevious smirk.
Toma then said they couldn’t do it due to the concept and Waka said there were
no size for females. Ikki sighed, said that Shin shouldn’t ask for impossible
even if he wanted to see heroine in male outfit. Then Waka said heroine should
talk to them. Shin then said that he’d rather die than wearing such outfits.
Kent was on the same boat, he didn’t want such troublesome things.
The heroine said
since Shin and Kent were soo cool so it would definitely fit them. Shin sighed,
looked away saying that flattery wouldn’t get her anywhere. Kent closed his eyes,
agreed with Shin. But as Kent opened his eyes, he blushed and said to get
looked at and told by her with such expression was a rare occassion. Shin said
that Kent shouldn’t lose since they were betting on ‘that’. Then Kent looked
troubled, saying that her expression made him confused. Shin groaned, shifted
his eyes on her and fell silent, with a blush over his face. Shin then sighed and said, “I got it, I got
it so stop putting that expression on! It’s fine if we do it right? That waiter
job?”Kent then added that he’d turn his eyes blind for now.
Nova then
commented how she managed to convince both of them easily. Waka then said that
they should do their best. Shin was about to object but Kent said since they
already agreed, they had no more right to object. Then Waka said they’d need a
little training and left the new waiters in the hand of the professional
waiters. Ikki and Toma smirked devilishly as they accepted the mission. Shin
was surprised, asked Toma if he really meant it. Toma said they needed to train
them to greet the customers. Then Ikki added that they would teach them every
single things. Kent sighed, asked if this was their plan from the start, to
bully Shin and Kent with a mask of training them. Ikki said yes without any
trouble since he was really looking forward for the fun things that might
happened. Shin said that he didn’t want Toma to teach him anything. Toma
smiled, said Shin had no choice but to do as he said for now. Shin then added
if he knew it’d end this way, he would never accept this.
Ikki then asked
Kent why he was so silent. Kent said he had nothing to say but to remind Ikki
if the spade man really had something to teach Kent. Ikki then made up his
mind, saying he wouldn’t back off from a fight and said he’d definitely turn
Kent into “Waiter Kent” without any problem. Toma told Shin to give up like
Kent already. Shin groaned then followed Toma to their secret training with a
distressed look on his face.
----
-Shin’ 3rd Event-
An awkward
silence in the kitchen as Heroine walked in. Shin looked angry then he said he
definitely couldn’t do such things. He started to complain about why he needed
to do that. Heroine then said Shin should do everything as he used to be. Shin
then said if he could be that way then it’d be easier for him. Then he said
that heroine should NEVER laugh when she saw him in the costume later. If she
ever laughed, he wouldn’t even talk to her for a while. Nova noted that it
sounded more like a promise between kids somehow.
****
-Toma’ 3rd Event-
Toma was talking
about Shin who was too relaxed before this. Shin should’ve realize that he
worked in this kind of cafe and to come out as a waiter was a matter of time,
yet he hadn’t prepare his own self for it. Toma then remembered about Shin
during a stage in his grade school. He was all red, telling people to stop
taking his picture. Heroine commented how cute he was and Toma agreed, though
recently Shin turned rebellious. Then, with a gentle smile, Toma said that
Heroine was stay cute as before. Then, he changed the subject, saying he’d take
Shin’ pictures later and show it to his mother. Shin hated camera so it was
hard to take his picture. Toma then said to ask Ukyou’ help to take Shin’
pictures as many as he could.
----
Back to the
common route, Heroine and Nova headed back home. Again, Heroine didn’t get
anything but increasing power for Nova by helping people. Heroine then asked
how about Nova and Nova said he didn’t remember much for himself as well. Then,
Nova said to end the day and played Destiny Kingdom game. Nova liked it a lot,
to the point he could remember the buttons for the final move in the game.
*******
-August 20-
Three days left
to the event. Waka was nervous since he realized the event date was coming
closer and asked her to find a good name for the event. Meanwhile Nova reviewed
what they got so far. They knew that the event targeted for female audiences
due for the use of the male staffs. By letting Rika took over the clothes,
meant the event would be quite gaudy. Then, since they were using roses as
decoration meant it would be not an ordinary event, to add on it, Ikki seemed
like the only one who was fine with everything.
Waka noticed how
hard heroine thought so he decided to give away the list that the other staffs
had thought before. Heroine then decided a name for it from the list of the
name, A great day for Princes. Nova nodded, agreed that it might be the right
answer. The girl staffs were quite hyped with it, the main focus was the male
staffs, but only Ikki who didn’t find any trouble with it. And of course, to
add flowers and Rika as designer meant it would be nothing else but PRINCE DAY!
---
-Last Cube Event-
Nova and Heroine
walked back home. As they reached the station, they found Kent looked at daze.
Heroine approached him, almost yelling to get his attention. Kent then asked if
they were going to buy books as well but Heroine said she was walking to him
because Kent was there. Kent then smiled,
said that she came at the right time. He asked her to accompany him,
searching a book material for the event. Seemed like Kent wasn’t really
prepared much, or in his words, he had not enough knowledge about princes. He
asked heroine if she could help him find a good source for his study. Heroine
agreed and they headed to the bookstore.
In the bookstore,
Kent asked if she found any good prince in a book that would be appropriate for
the event. Heroine decided to use a math book instead. Kent sighed, asked if
heroine was joking with him since he was asking for a book about princes. But
then, Heroine said she prefered Kent to stay the way he used to be. Kent fell
silent, before plastered a gentle smile and apologized. He didn’t really think
about it before but to be himself might be easier and he would think a way to
be a prince without faking anything.
Night fell and
Kent apologized to make her walked around with him until this late. Kent then
said that he found his own resolution, to create his own image as prince.
Thanks to her, Kent now found his own confidence again.
*****
-August 23-
Finally! The
PRINCE DAY! Nova said it was worrying at first but seemed like even with her
memory loss, they managed to pull it until the end. Then, they walked into the
cafe, met Waka who said the males had changed their clothes already. Then,
Ukyou came after, asked if he was late. Waka said he came in time. Ukyou then
asked if it was alright already for him to know what kind of event it was. But
rather than answering, Waka told Mine to do the rest. Mine and Sawa then
dragged Ukyou to the back cafe, much to the Joker’ confusion. Then Waka told
heroine to prepare everything else. But then, they heard a noise. Waka said
that it had begun adn Nova looked confused with the loud bumped noises.
After a while,
Heroine finished prepared everything for the event. Then, Sawa and Mine came
back, saying the males were ready. Waka then said to heroine to prepare herself
for the rehearsal as it was the first time Heroine saw their princes clothes.
Then Mine became
the announcer, invited the very first prince into the front...But no one came
out. Then, Ikki was whispering, saying Kent should go ahead already. The order
was decided by janken so Kent shouldn’t sulking. Kent said he didn’t sulk, he
just trying to remember everything, calculating the possibility and then,
preparing the worst. Ikki told Kent to shut up and go ahead already since it
was just a rehearsal. Kent sighed, and finally, walked out from the door after
Mine called him once again.
Nova was
surprised to see Kent, without glasses, that looked like another person. Kent
then said he was forced to use contact lens eventhough he felt uneasy without
his glasses. Sawa said that he looked great on it eitherway so he shouldn’t
worry. Kent blushed, saying that he understood. Then Sawa called up the next
prince.
Toma came out
from the door, with his bright smile he said “I’ve come for you, Princess.
Today, as usual you looked cute.” Then Toma blushed hard and said it was
embarrassing to say such things. Sawa commented how refreshed Toma’ smile was
and Mine added that the blush made him looked cute. Toma sighed, said his
gratitude before he muttered how much they had fun on his pain. But then Toma
said that he didn’t really fit in the role and said Kent made a better prince.
Waka said Toma looked great as well by the entrance and Toma said, everyone
could do it, even Shin.
Shin protested,
he said he would never able to do it since Toma had no shame at all. Shin
walked out from the door, in his great outfit. Mine protested that Shin should’ve
wait until she called him but Shin wasn’t that patient. Shin also said not to
call him prince since it made him sick. Mine pouted, said that if Shin and Kent
were together, they’d make an image of Cool Princes. Shin shrugged, said that
he didn’t want to be famous either so he didn’t care. Then Shin added that he
was much lucky if he compared himself to [that person]. Sawa screamed, told
Shin not to spoil anything as Heroine didn’t know anything yet. Then Ikki said
that [that person] had gone missing when he looked away. Shin then said that he
could see [him] by the back of the table in the far behind. Sawa walked over and dragged him out. He said
he was embarrassed, at least let him to prepare his heart for one hour but Sawa
rejected it and still dragged him out.
And there it was,
Sawa with Ukyou Prince. Ukyou blushed then asked Heroine if he didn’t fit in
it. Sawa said that he actually looked really good on it. Mine added that he
looked beautiful. Ukyou protested, saying ‘beautiful’ to a male didn’t make him
happy at all. Then, Mine said that since Ukyou was a regular, and to add his
long hair and beautiful face, he would make a good prince as well. Sawa then
said that she had to follow Ukyou to find out his sizes. Ukyou said they should’ve
told him but Waka said it supposed tobe a surprise for Ukyou as well. Then,
Ukyou also commented he was really surprised when suddenly the male staffs
undressed him as soon as he reached the back side of the cafe. Shin apologized,
said that they were taking an order to change Ukyou’ clothes without saying
anything. Apparently, that was what the noises they heard before about.
With this, they
had called four princes, left the only one. Mine asked if it was really alright
to call the ULTIMATE WEAPON OF MEIDO NO HITSUJI.
Then, Ikki came out, with his
usual charm overflow. He walked over, said “I’ve come for you, my cutest
princess.” And it instantly made Mine’ legs went limp. Sawa added that Ikki’
eyes looked really bright to the point it was really hard to look at him. Then,
Ikki said “Princesses, I understand your happiness. But I wish for you to not
look away.” Then with a smirk he continued. “Because I really want to
monopolize you for myself. If you keep on averting your eyes from me, I may do
something outrangeous and pull you to my side?” Mine lost her words and Sawa
said they’d leave the rest to Waka. Waka screamed panicky, told Mine and Sawa
not to fainted because they were on charge of kitchen if something happened.
Ukyou then said
how great Ikki’ influence and he’d never do such things. Then Kent said such
thing was nothing for [Prince Ikkyu]. Ikki pouted, corrected Kent to call him
[Prince Ikki] instead. Kent and shin then agreed to let Ikki and Toma handled
everything with Toma sighed and said it was hard for him as well. Ukyou said
that he would never able to do such thing and Toma said that he handed the
manual for Ukyou to learn already. Ukyou said if Toma really thought he could
say such things and Toma apologized. Ukyou sighed, to have Toma apologized for
Ukyou’ own incompetence made him felt hurt.
Then, they
decided to take a picture. Mine handed them roses, told them to make a great
pose. Toma shocked and asked if it was
real. Shin commented that it felt like a punishment game instead. Ikki said
they should’ve enjoy it more since they already trapped in this. Ukyou
smiled, agreed and told them to line up already since he’d take the picture.
Kent then said if Ukyou forgot about something. Shin then added if Ukyou
thought to run away by playing photographer now, it wouldn’t do. Shin told
Ukyou to take picture together. Ukyou gulped, since he got caught he decided to
fake it and said he’d set the timer and joined the rest later.
He told Shin and
Kent to look at the camera. He told Ikki that he made a good pose and he told
Toma to let it free. Then with that, they finished everything and Ukyou was walking
to his space. Sadly, Mine stopped him and said that Ukyou’ mantle was in mess.
Heroine went ahead to fix it and Ukyou thanked her, only to rush himself toward
the camera and...
The picture was
taken. Ukyou said to retake the picture. Ikki didn’t mind but of course, the
other three refused to do such weird photoshoot again. So they decided to use the
picture, much to Ukyou’ depression.
****
Today, heroine
was on charge with Sawa and Mine in the kitchen. An hour passed after the
opening and Ikki came with another order. The front was really busy and heroine
was quite worried. She thought if she should help and Sawa came out with an
idea. Heroine should wait outside, took the orders from the Princes, passed the
order to the kitchen and deliver the foods back to the princes. Heroine agreed
and waited by the front cafe. With this, she could see more of the Prince day!
-----
And that was the
end of the common route. After that, we got transfered to the End we obtained.
As we wrote before, we’d write only Shin and Toma’ ending for the first part of
Normal World! So, let’s go!
*****
-Shin’ Prince Day
END-
Nova wondered how
was Shin doing and then, they saw Shin by the door. Shin looked like he was
bored—if not angry. He greeted the customers lazily, didn’t even look happy
when he offered his hand to the princess. Then, when the customers asked to
take one picture with him, Shin rolled his eyes, said “If its your wish,
Princess” with a hateful expression. But to Nova’ surprise, the princess
actually screamed in joy. Another customer called for Shin and Shin said “I
will head over there for you, My Princess.” With another hateful expression and
flat tone yet the customer went happily being called ‘My Princess’. Then
another customers started to talk how cool Shin was and his words made their
hearts skipped a beat.
Shin walked to
heroine, with heavy sigh he said “I wanna go home..” Then Shin asked if Heroine
could give him a little time. Heroine agreed and Shin started to rant. He was
tired, he didn’t really want to smile, the scent on the front cafe made him
sick, the voices of customers made his ears hurt. He then kept on talking how
people called him prince and he wanted them to stop calling him that. And more,
Ikki made a lot of adjustment and the prince supposed to touch the customers
and Shin thought it was a sexual harrassement instead. With a soft sigh, Shin
thanked Heroine for listening his rants. Then he continued he was tired, really
tired. He was fine with the weird clothes, talking cheesy lines or escorting
the ladies to their seats. But he couldn’t stand the spoon-feeding service for
the first bite of the foods. Then Shin raised his voice, he tried to be cold
yet he wondered why everyone asked for him again and again. Heroine said that
Shin was pretty famous. Shin sighed, saying that her joke was bad. He did
everything to get hated by the customers afterall but Heroine showed him a
serious look and made Shin went silence. He said he didn’t understand how could
those customers felt alright after having Shin greeted him rudely, if not with
disgust on his face.
Before they could
talk more, a customer called Shin again. Shin sighed heavily then thanked
heroine again to talk with him. He said he didn’t want her to see anything. He
didn’t mean that he was shy but he didn’t want to touch anyone but her, not
even wanting to see anyone. Then, he smiled gently and said he’d go back to
work. Nova noticed that heroine’ face turned redder and said that it was Shin’
charm to be such a tsundere. Since the cafe went even more busier, they decided
to work again now.
Hours passed,
night fell and the event was over. Heroine felt all tired. Shin was also there,
still in his prince clothes. Nova then whispered “Good work, Shin” since he saw
Shin’ tired expression. Then Shin scolded heroine for looking at him closely.
He said he didn’t wear it until now because he liked it. Now, it was Toma’ turn
to change his clothes. Shin’d need someone to help him changed his clothes so
he waited for his own turn. Shin said he’d
help with cleaning. He asked how was her job and also the other girls at the
back side of the cafe. Then, Shin almost tripped since his mantle got into the
way.
Shin then started
to complain again, wondering why females were soo hyped up with this kind of
thing. Then he started to blame heroine, for picking this kind of event and
made him trapped in it. He knew she liked princes since she was a kid but it
wasn’t appropriate to bring it to work. Shin then asked if she had her own
thought with this mess.
Nova said that
she didn’t remember anything so it was hard to answer Shin’ question but
suddenly, heroine’ vision turned white as she recollected one of her memories.
Heroine was in
Shin’ room. Shin asked what was she doing and she said she was looking at Shin’
album during Junior highschool. She got it from Shin’ mother then she realized
some pictures were something that she had never see. Shin said it was taken
after Heroine and Toma graduated. Then, Heroine asked what was Shin doing
during the cultural festival back then. Shin said they were doing a stage play
about prince and princess in love. Heroine asked if Shin did the backstage job
but Shin went silence. Then heroine asked what did Shin do and Shin said he
played the prince.
Shin said he was
chosen since the real prince couldn’t make it. Heroine then thought if she
could find the picture from that play in the album and before she could see
anything, Shin took it. Heroine protested, calling Shin stingy and Shin said he
didn’t mind to be stingy to protect his past from embarrasing himself. He said
he’d hide the album and told her not to follow him. Heroine pouted, he wanted
to see Shin in that outfit and hoped someday, she could see it.
Back to the
present, Nova finally understood that she made this event because she wanted to
see Shin as prince again. Shin then said that he didn’t know what she was
thinking about now but he didn’t want to do this again. Ikki and Toma might fit
in but he didn’t. Then heroine said that her heart skipped a beat. Shin rolled
his eyes, asked if it was when he wore the clothes.
Then he asked if heroine
was fine with anyone as long as he was in prince clothes with such atmosphere?
He asked if her heart still skipped a beat if it was Ikki or Toma? With a sad
and hurtful expression he said that there was nothing deep in her words just
now. For her, he was nothing but a male from her childhood.
Heroine shouted that
he was wrong. Shin shocked, asked what was wrong with that. He asked if that
meant that heroine felt nervous only around her aned then, Shin smirked as he
walked closer to the heroine. He said that he would take his own conclusion
from her word. He said that he was special for her, different from anyone else
around. Shin then sighed in relieve, said that he was worried since recently,
there were a lot of men aimed for her. Meanwhile, Shin was only a childhood
friend. There might be a time when she got stolen and he couldn’t do anything
but watch. But now he knew that he shouldn’t feel that way now. With a devilish
smirk, Shin leaned closer and took her hand.
He said “That
face...It’s really red.Are you seriously feeling nervous? Since I’m your
partner?” Then happily, Shin whispered that he felt at ease since she felt all
conscious around him, meant she saw him as a man now. Then he said, “You’re
really dense. Don’t you realize how much I tried to get your attention?”. Then
he sighed and continued that he tried to confessed to her yet she dismissed it
easily. He wondered since it changed but thanks to the event, he able to see
her feeling reflected on her expression now. It was embarrassing for him but he
thought everything went well to get him into this part. Then he whispered
teasingly “Naa, let me see more of your face. I want to keep on looking on it
so I won’t forget yout feeling.” Heroine went flustered and tried to run but
Shin stopped him and said “Don’t run away, princess. You always longing for
this kind of thing, right?”
Then Heroine
closed her eyes in her last effort. Shin said it was unfair for her to do that
since it made her looked even more cuter. He asked if she had show that face to
someone else and heroine said no. Shin chuckled, meant it was only him who had
seen her this cute. Then he said since Heroine already get all conscious about
him and he had nothing else left. Then he whispered, “Prepare yourself,
Princess. From now on, I will never hold back my self anymore.”
******
-Toma’ Prince Day
END-
Nova was
wondering how was Toma doing in the event. They saw Toma, walked to the door
and greeted the customers.
Toma : I’ve come
for you princess.
Customer : Eh?
Toma : Well, may
I have your hand?
Customer : But...
Toma : Don’t be
shy, please, take my hand. Today, you are my precious princess afterall. Can’t
I spoil you like this?
Nova then
muttered what a refreshing smile Toma had. Before able to recover from that,
Heroine saw another customer called Toma. Apparently, there was a service to
spoon-feed the first bite of cake from the prince to the princess. With a sweet
smile, Toma said “Now, please open your mouth. Say Ahn...” and then he asked. “Is
the taste meet your satisfaction?” The customer nodded eventhough she said she
couldn’t really taste anything. Nova commented that he was feeling embarrassing
to see it. Not only a refreshing smile by the greeting, Nova could sense Toma’
gentleness during the spoon-feeding. That was Prince Toma for you! Then, other
customer started to ask for spoon-feed as well.
Then Nova
shouted, felt the pain on him. He asked heroine if it was caused by her, who
saw Toma did such thing and felt awful. Just by then, Toma came, asked what was
she doing there. Toma asked if she felt unwell and if it so, she should rest
and let him do the rest. Heroine said
she was fine and took the order to Sawa and Mine.
As she came back,
Toma asked if she was okay since she made a mistake. Nova wanted to say it was
Toma’ fault but Heroine decided to say she was got into the mood for working.
Toma said that it wasn’t her shift today on front yet she did her best. He was
wondered if she was worried. But Toma then assuring her since the customers
were all fine. They even ate the tarts happily. Nova then sarcastically said
that it was thanks to Prince Toma’ [Ahn~] services.
Toma then fell
silent, asking that if she was really okay since he felt she was a little off.
Heroine had two
choice here but since it was interesting, I will write both *lol*
The first one, Heroine
said that she was envy. Toma asked with an apologetical look if Heroine felt
envious with what he had done. He didn’t think that---she really love her job that
much. He could understand the feeling that she had. Perhaps she wanted to get
into front work again but she should hold back herself for now.
The second one,
Heroine said that she was jealous. Toma went silent, his face turned red and
said he didn’t expect her to say that. Then with a gentle smile he said that—he
will only become Shin and Heroine’ brother, and no one else. She didn’t need to
be jealous like that. He laughed, said how cute it was for he to be jealous. He
then said for her to rest assured since he wouldn’t think anyone as special as
Shin and Heroine and what he did was a mere job, nothing else.
Yes, I know..
Toma put himself into his usual denial state—Siblingzoned *sighs*
No matter which
one your answer, Nova muttered if he was doing that on purpose. Toma looked
worried and apologize if he made her felt bad. But before he could say anything
else, a customer came. He had no choice but to go to serve the princess. Nova
sighed, tried to cheer her up by saying since they were used to be a childhood
friend so it’d be hard to see each other as nothing but little sibiling. She
shouldn’t take it into mind and continued the job.
The Prince day
ended, and the night fell. The day went well, eventhough it was very busy.
Then, Toma came, greeted the heroine and thanked for her help. There were
almost no rest but thanks for Heroine, Mine, and Sawa’ helps, they managed to
went through. Then Toma sighed, admitted the event today as something
embarrassing. He started to rant how hard it was for him to say the words, and
doing the skinship as well. But evenso, he wanted to do his best on the event
she made. Toma then remembered that this event felt twice more embarrassing
than the one they used to do in the past.
Toma then asked
if she remembered about the book she used to bring, a book about prince and princess.
She always wanted him to read it for her, no matter how many times to the point
he could remember the last part of the book. He said with a soft smile, “I’ve
come for you, princess. I apologize for making you wait too long. You will
never feel lonely anymore. Whatever happened, I will be right at your side.”
Toma nodded and smiled that it was like that. Then, Toma recited it, took
Heroine’ hand gently and that moment, Heroine’ vision turned white.
She saw Toma and
herself when they were kids in the crawfish park. Toma asked heroine if she
didn’t feel bored to have him read the same stories all over again. Heroine
said she liked Toma’ voice so she didn’t feel bored at all. Toma then asked
what book should he read next but she said she wanted the same book again. Toma
was surprised since he already read it three times. Heroine said she wanted to
hear it again because the prince was like Toma. The prince was cool, handsome,
nice, and strong. Of course, the prince always there for the princess and
helped her, even protected her. Those parts of the Prince made him looked a lot
like Toma, she said. Toma laughed shyly, said that he’d be her ally no matter
what happened. Then, he read the last part again :
“I’ve come for you, princess. I apologize for making you wait too long. You will never feel lonely anymore. Whatever happened, I will be right at your side.”
Then, the vision
once again turned blank and Toma’ adult voice was echoing and said :
“That’s why, let’s
go together. I will make you the happiest princess in the world.”
Thanks to the
sudden memories, Heroine felt her legs went limp and fell. Toma caught her
rightaway, asked worriedly if she was okay.
Heroine said she was okay but Toma didn’t believe it. She looked unwell
enough for him, perhaps because she forced herself a lot. Toma then told her to
go to the staff room since there was a sofa there.
Then, Toma told her to hang
on and suddenly—he lifted her up, carrying her in bridal style. Heroine was
surprised and Toma told her to stay still since she might fall if she moved too
much. Toma said she shouldn’t worry since she wasn’t heavy. In contrary, he was
wondering if she eat properly since she felt too light. Heroine said she was
feeling embarrassed and Toma said that if she wanted to piggyride instead. Then
Toma apologized since he wouldn’t let her walk alone. He told her to stop her
bad habit on forcing herself until the edge like this. He said that “You’re
such a troublesome princess. Thus why, I can’t leave you alone.” He then said
that it’d be awkward if someone saw them like this so she should tone it down.
Then, he said to wear the prince clothes might be help since he didn’t look
weird to carry her this way.
Then Toma
blushed, saying it was embarrassing for him as well. All of these times, he
always thought of her as a little sister but to see her this close, he felt
that she was an adult already. Here, he said that she grew up into a fine lady.
Then, Toma started talk like a father, thought that he didn’t know when will
someone took her and when that happened, he wouldn’t let her to fall into irresponsible
man. Then he said “To protect the princess is prince’ job afterall.”
------
Whichever ending
she ended up with,Heroine walked out from the cafe. She saw Nova already went
transparent.Apparently, her memory from before was her important memories thus
why it made him this way. Nova then said that it was the time for them to
separate. Even if it was sad for him since he didn’t thought they’d separated
this fast. Then, he told her to close
her eyes, since he had more power now, he should able to grant her wish. Nova
told her to wish for her own happiness and then, Nova bid her his
farewell---and then, her vision turned blank. She could hear a boy talked—she didn’t
know what, or why but it sounded familiar.
Then she saw an
image of school building before everything faded to blank. And then, once again
we saw Heroine’ bedroom, along with Nova’ voice asked if she already awake or
not. And it was the first day on August.
